Microsoft Word on iPad

Hello,

I am looking into purchasing the iPad Pro or iPad Air for my business.

I use Microsoft Word daily on my MacBook Pro.

I am wondering if Microsoft Word is also available on the iPad. I typically create new documents, update existing documents.

IF the iPad does have Microsoft, would documents created/updated on the iPad also automatically update on my MacBook ?
