Can I change my Apple ID?

Somehow, someone else got my Apple ID, so I'm getting her email. Can I change my ID without deleting my account and creating a new one?

Thanks so much for the quick reply! I've tried the steps on that page to no avail. When I add a third-party email address, it doesn't appear in the list of options for my new ID. When I try to add a "mac.com" alias, it says, "You cannot use this email address. Try again using a different email address." The only options I have for a new ID start with "luckycindy," which is what I need to change, since it's causing the problem in the first place.
