Application don't work

Hi! I have a problem. Was install application "Boom 3D" which cost 24$ and it doesn't work. Now operation in process, how I can back my money and revert it order?

All is good, thanks.

I installed first trial version from official site for test and after that bought app from apple store and was have conflict.

After remove trial version forgot clear bucket for final remove app.
