I received a refund today from Airbnb and was wondering when could I expect to see that back on my card?

To be clear... Apple Pay will not reflect a refund as it is not a payment method.

Check with the issuer of the payment card you used for that purchase.

Very often there are "technical delays" in banking operations.

You might ask your bank about that.
