Iphone 8Plus camera not reversing

Are you using a screen protector and/or a case that can interfere with the front camera of your iP8+?

Please check.

If you get no help from the instructions correctly suggested by leroydouglas, have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP: Apple – Location Selector

1. restart, ie power off/on,

3. restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
