3rd Series Apple Watch

Hello,

I just bought an Apple Watch Series 3. I would like to double make sure if I am able to swim with my watch? I am a swim intructor and I did not want it to get damaged. Thank you.

You Watch is water resistant not water proof. Though you can swim with it. Read below for details.
