iPhone water damage

So it’s been three days since I’ve dropped my iPhone 6 in water and my speaker isn’t working unless I put in headphones and when ever I try to turn up the volume it says that I’m turning up the sound of my headphones when I don’t have any headphones in. Is my iPhone still fixable or do I have to go to the apple store?

You cannot fix it. You will need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store. You will probably need to purchase an out of warranty replacement. Water damage is not covered under warranty anyway, but the phone is more than a year old anyway.
