How to block Imei of stolen device ?
My iPad mini is stolen how do I block the Imei ? My service provider has suspended the service however I’ve bedn advised the Imei needs to be blocked now?

Only carriers can blacklist a cellular device from connecting to their network.. Apple has no means to do that for anyone as they don’t own the cellular networks.
In the USA, all carriers use a universal blacklist, which is also honored by carrier’s in Canada and Mexico.
