Age restrictions in games ex Simcity.

My 8 year old cannot access the marketplace in simcity and I think this is driven off the age settings in his iPad or Apple profile. Is there a way to change to enable access to features like this.

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Apps
