My mobile network is finally introducing 4G capabilities. However I can’t find the menu for enabling it like it is described in all howtos and forums. Look at the screenshot what is only available.
My iPhone is 6s 64GB running iOS 12.0

You will only see Voice & Data if your carrier supports Voice over LTE (VoLTE). Apparently your carrier doesn't currently support it.
In this case 4G and LTE are synonymous.
If you are showing that you can enable LTE then your SIM card supports it.
On my iPhone the other options are under Settings > Cellular
What happened with Voice & Data, Data only. Is there a way to check if my sim card supports 4g or I have to do that via carrier?
My network options menu only has Enable LTE
