After setting iTunes on my Mac to sync with my iPhone over wifi, my iPhone will no longer connect to my AirPort Express. It keeps asking for my AirPlay password over and over. I put iTunes back to the original settings, but I still can't connect to Airport Express.

We will need to know a bit more about your current network configuration with the Express:
The AirPort Express is Model No. A1392. It is my only router. In iTunes I selected "Sync with this iPhone over Wif-Fi". The problem may have already existed though, because I still could not AirPlay from the phone after I reverted to my original settings.
I now believe the problem is with my iPhone SE and not iTunes. I am able to air play music with my iPad and my old iphone 4s. On my SE I keep getting asked for the AirPlay Password. When I enter it, I get a screen where my AirPort Express has a little circle next to it. This happens repeatedly.
It appears the issue is not with your AirPort Express base station or with AirPlay in general, but the settings on your iPhone. Do you currently use a password for AirPlay? That is do the other devices that are able to connect to the Express for AirPlay successfully login in with this password, without having to re-enter it over and over?
