iPhone won’t let me watch full screen videos

this happened to this morning when I tried to watch a video out off YouTube, when it uses the iphone’s Video player and when it goes full screen it says “Apple TV connected you can view.....” but I don’t even have an Apple TV and screen mirror also has not been connected to any.
