Purchase problem

I uploaded an app, and it said that can get a refund if I cancel under 14 days.. I only used it for a couple of hours. It said to go to iTunes in the computer,to sign in, and to go to purchase history and to report a problem.. I got in but didn’t see purchase history.. can somebody help me

iPhone 8, iOS 12
