Apple Music new account transfer

I just bought a new iPhone and decided to make a new iTunes account too. I previously used my mums account and had an Apple Music subscription on that. Is there any way that I can transfer my saved music and playlists from my mums old account to my new account so that I don't have to re-add every song again?
