Startup from Sleep

Since upgrading to Mojave, I briefly see the Apple logo and progress bar for a second or two when I wake my Mac, before the logon screen appears.

Before Mojave, it would jump straight to the logon screen - no Apple logo or progress bar.

Nothing new has been installed or any settings changed since last macOS version.

Could something be causing this?

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

Shut down.

Start up in Safe Mode (hold down shift key during startup )

Then restart in normal mode.

That will repair some startup glitches.

If no fix then reset NVRAM or PRAM
