Mojave will not login after migration

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-10 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc.

You can try and log into the trouble account and test. Reboot as normal and test.

If no success Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

Was this using the Migration Assistant or the Setup Assistant on a new machine. please advise
