There are no annual plans any longer. All iCloud subscriptions are billed monthly. You can either pre-load your AppleID payment with enough credit to cover the year or use a Credit Card. The annual cost is 12x your monthly subscription.

You cannot pay the whole amount annualy. That option was discontinued some time ago. Your AppleID account will be deducted (or charged if using a credit card) monthly - iCloud storage is a monthly subscription. There are no alternatives to that. The payments are monthly no matter how you setup your AppleID method of payment to pay them.
Apple no longer offers those. If desired, buy enough iTunes Store gift cards to prepay a year's worth of charges.

Hi Neil, I am trying to make a payment for the remaining of the year instead of monthly because every month I have to pay GDY200 every month.
That's only possible through using iTunes Store gift cards as described above.

I understand that but I am only seeing downgrade or upgrade space...my card has the money to pay for the year but I am seeing that option.
