it starts to glitch, it starts calling random people, it gets in and out of apps

hi, my name is gaby, so, the lasts few weeks my iphone x screen has been really crazy, it starts to glitch, it starts calling random people, it gets in and out of apps and i can't used it anymore because sometimes the screen freeze and i have to turned it off, i really don't know what is happening to my phone but it's very annoying and it gets me very upset that i can't use my phone.
