Help please

Not able to download apps on my iPhone something about payment owed when I got the phone I did not know u could choose none for payment so when I set up everything it as me for a credit card so I put one of my cards in the system not knowing that all I had to do was select none as the payment so it started charging me for some reason

Create or use your Apple ID without a payment method - https://support.apple.com/HT204034


Clearly you will need to resolve the problem with money owning on a purchase before you can do anything. You can pay with either a credit card, sometimes other options, or redeeming money to your account with a gift card.
