Credit card auto fill gone berserk

For almost a month now my credit card auto fill is mishmashing information from my credit cards to other saved cards. I’ve tried updating all the information on my main Macintosh (safari) but it does not seem to have transferred to my iPhone. I have old credit cards coming up on my list, wrong expiration dates that I can’t get rid of. It is making shopping extremely difficult.
