Refund for App Subscription if Device is not Functioning
I was on a free 7 day trial for Smule but during it, my phone got water damage and I was unable to cancel my subscription. On top of that, I do not have an IPad or any other device that I can use that app on so I can't even use the subscription. I attempted to request a refund but immediately after submitting the description, it said it does not qualify for a refund. I don't know how that decision was made without any time given to review it but if a customer is unable to access their subscription, why should they not qualify for a refund?
