Subscriptions NOT working however charged

I tried trial versions of some apps and they didn’t work and now I’m being charged on my account. I need to talk to someone to dispute those charges. Also I updated my iTunes subscription (student 4.99$/mo), however was charged regular price (10$+tax)

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - "Learn how to view your subscriptions that renew automatically, change your subscription period, and turn off Automatic Renewal." "If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew." Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

Cancel your subscription renewals first, then contact Apple and see if they will grant a refund.
