Why is Computer Sleep missing?

Why is the Computer Sleep option missing in my Energy Saver preferences? On my 2018 Mac mini running Mojave on the Display Sleep is shown.

Thanks for helping to solve this mystery.

The distinction between various sleep modes is no longer applicable to Mojave and the Macs incorporating hardware that support its sleep modes.
