unable to connect to wifi, use bluetooth or hotspot.. its grey and unable to turn on

Unable to turn on wifi at all times. Doesn’t give you the option to flip the wifi connection slider on. It’s just grey..

Have you tried resetting Network Settings ? If not, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
