I bought a new headphone’s of Sony WI C 400. But it continuously breaking and have glitches sound on online videos and offline videos also.. But except iPhone it works good., I hv tried ur steps too.. But there is no solution..

Try disconnecting them and add them back:
If you can‘t connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If no help, contact Sony or return them.
