How do I get a screen print on the iPad Mini 3?
I’ve tried every combination of keys. Help!!

Do you mean take a screen shot? Then print it?
This link explains how to take a Screen Shot for any iOS Device, based on model: How to take a screenshot on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Once taken, the Screen Shot will appear in you Photos app, which you can then print from there, if you have an Airprint enabled printer.
