Keyboard shortcut for: View > Show Captions
Trying to find this in the Keyboard Shortcut Customiser (Alt + Cmd + K).
I'm sure it must be possible, but I can't find it.
Any help gratefully received.

If it is not available in the Commands window, you can add it via the System Preferences->Keyboard->Shortcuts.
Wait!!!
I don't see any View>Show Captions in the application. Care to post a screenshot?
Ok, now I see what you mean.
I can't see a way to add this directly in Final Cut Pro.
You can, however, add it in System Preferences->Keyboard->Shortcuts->App Shortcuts.
Press +, select Final Cut Pro as the application, enter the exact wording, in this case "Show Captions" (without the quotes), and press the desired shortcut. For this example, I used command-control-shift-option-C
(be careful not to choose one that is used for something else).
It works! See:
