We have 7 people in our family house 𝙷𝚘𝚕𝚍 is there a bigger Apple Music family plan I can pay for to upgrade from 6 to more?

No unfortunately both Family Sharing and Apple Music Family Subscription have a maximum of six users. There is no paid option to increase this number.
