apple sign not going off

so I rebooted my phone which I have done many times on this phone as was being slow. Normally within about 2 minutes my phone would switch back on and be fine . yet when I have done it this Time It won't go off the apple sign unless it dies which when I charge the phone back up it still appears . I feel like I have tried loads as I have logged into iTunes and it said it failed to restore phone. so does anyone know what I can do to get my phone back on and able to use .
