How to change the mouse pointer

In Windows, the default mouse pointer is white, and in High Sierra, the default mouse is black. Is there a way in System Preferences to change the pointer color to white?

By reversing everything you can...


Sys Prefs>Accessibility>Display>Invert Colors.
