I no longer own a iPhone and money for taken out of my bank for iTunes account. I'd like a refund

When you say "iTunes account", you almost certainly mean Apple Music, which is a subscription service you likely subscribed to.
Apple Music does not require an iPhone, or any Apple device, for that matter. You may well subscribe to Apple Music regardless of the devices you own.
