iTunes error 0xe000015

Got a disabled iPhone 6. When connected to iTunes it gives me the error 0xe0000015. I tried 4 different computers with latest version of iTunes and windows. Tried different lightning cables. Tried a different battery, dock connector, screen. And nothing has worked. I can’t put it into recovery mode it just glitches and goes back to disabled screen. Someone help please
