Recently changed banks and my phone is asking me to update payment details

Hi. I have recently changed banks and my phone is asking me to update payment details but it won’t let me delete the old card details. I get a message saying there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment. It won’t let me add another card to the payments section.

You would need to add the new payment method before you can delete the old one. If you cannot add the new payment method, what error are you seeing when you attempt to add it? If it is declined, check with your bank, or if necessary, contact iTunes Support, iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
