Not receiving any push notifications on my iphone?

I have a 6s, it has been updated to the latest iOS today, but for the past couple of days my notifications have suddenly stopped coming through. I do receive text, and the reminders app, but nothing else.

I checked all of the notification settings- everything is turned on, all the apps have notifications enabled. Do not disturb is turned off, my wifi is connected and working fine. I updated the software, reset the phone a couple of times, and even reset all settings. Still no notifications from my apps are coming through.

what else can I try?
