Can`t update payment information on my icloud

I just received a new credit card and therefor my old one isn´t working. But I´m for some reason unable to update my stored on icloud. Every time I try to add a new payment metod it says that I need to verify my old card first which I´m unable to do and if I try to delete that card it says that it´s unable to remove. What should I do to fix this?
