why mi applestore and iTunes accoun has been deactivated

My iTunes and apple store account has been deactivated and I don’t know why and I don’t know how to activate it again.


i went to an IShop bit no one knows how to help me. I’m trying to contact apple support but it’s impossible.


Did someone knows how to help me? I will appreciate it. Thanks
