Whatsapp call problem

anybody's can explain to me, why I am on other call ,which is I don’t have any outgoing/incoming call at the same time?my fiancé can’t call me because it says I’m on other call?which is I don’t have calls both ,outgoing and incoming.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 12

WhatsApp, Snapchat, Telegram, Viber, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Photos, YouTube, Dropbox and LinkedIn are not Apple products. Contact the App developer for any issue on these from the link below against each app.
