Apple Music

Hi, the phone I have selected has been broken for over a year now but there is still a Apple Music subscription on it and £9.99 a month has been coming out of my partners account. Is there any way you can cancel the subscription and refund any money that we have been charged as it has not been used since the phone broke. Thank you I hope you can help
