Forgot password
I forgot my password but my fingerprint still works but I don’t know how to reset it because it keeps asking for password

It's asking for your passcode, not password - this is a four or six digit number you set up on your device to protect it. It exists only on the device, so Apple cannot assist you. If you have forgotten it you will have to erase the device. Please see
