i can’t seem to purchase this thing that I want to get on a game as soon as I pay for it it says contact apple support and that I can’t connect to the I tunes store. I have money in my account I don’t know why it won’t let me get it.
Check if all the information on the card matches the information you put on your Apple ID. May be billing information or wrong CVV numbers.
Go to Settings>Click on your profile with your name>iTunes & App Store>Click on your Apple ID>View Apple ID>Manage Payments> Click on your Credit/Debit card and review the information
I did that and I made sure it was correct and the info was correct and the same error message popped up. I made a purchase like 2 minutes before I tried to make this one and it worked. I don’t know why it’s not working now.
Have you tried removing the card and adding a new one?
