Ipad problems/apple ID blocked

So i've had an ipad for many years now, and someone had tried the pin and it blocked the entire ipad including my apple iD and it says it won't be unlocked intill 45 years i need help on unlocking it.

Using the latest version of iTunes on your home computer, erase, then restore, by following the directions in this link EXACTLY:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Using the latest version of iTunes (v12.9.x) erase, then restore your iPad by following the directions in this link EXACTLY:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
