Its the model/part number apple assigns it.
The 2 letters before the " / " identify the country or region where its meant to be sold.
Its the same MacBook Air, same specs, 13", Intel i5 CPU, 128GB SSD, 8GB RAM.
LL is for North America, and ZE is for South Africa

The last 2 characters before the /A indicate the country they were originally sold in. LL is a device sold in the US.
I'm not positive, but I believe ZE is somewhere in Eastern Europe.
The keyboard layout will undoubtedly be different.
