I was talking to support and she asked me to verify my info

My ITunes and App Store will not let me charge. My bank account is correct. It has been off for a week

See Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support. Are you certain you were talking to iTunes support? Have you checked with your bank in case they are blocking authorization requests from iTunes? See also About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.
