iTunes/App store won’t let me purchase songs/download even free apps

My billing information is 110% correct, and I have the money to buy the song I want (it’s 99p for gods sake). And yet it’s telling me to constantly review my information, and when I have, it says “currently unable to make this transaction”. Well that’s not my fault, everything is in order from my end! And now I can’t even download free apps? You pay all this money for a phone that doesn’t even want to work properly. Cheers Apple 👌🏼

Perhaps your bank or financial institution is blocking payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store. Contact them to check, otherwise contact iTunes - Official Apple Support and ask for assistance.
