Customized Assistive Touch adds "Gestures" when I check "Siri". How do I add Siri to Customized Assistive Touch?

You need to go to Settings>Siri & Search>Press Side Button For Siri "ON".
Now go back to Settings>General>Accessibility>Assistive Touch "ON" >Customize Top Level Menu>check Siri....and Siri will appear instead of "Gestures."
