Refund- 'Blockers Spy App Instagram'- did not mean to purchase

I am looking to receive a refund for an app that I did not mean to purchase, once I realized I had been charged I proceeded to delete the app from my device, thus removing it from billing. It is no longer even in my purchased items, yet it is continuing to charge me for something I don't have, nor meant to buy.


Please let me know what I can do to get this issue resolved.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. If I understand your post, you downloaded an app and were charged for it, even though you deleted the app after downloading. I'm happy to help.


If the app itself requires purchase to download, you are prompted to agree to the payment in order to download the app and therefore are billed, whether you delete the app right away or not. For items downloaded in error or issues with an app you purchased, you can use the instructions in the Apple Support article Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - Apple Support to request a refund via the Report A Problem site.


If the app itself was free to download but offered a subscription that you are charged for recurrently, you can must speak with Apple Support directly to request a refund: Contact Apple Support.
