Iphone backup

I want to transfer my WhatsApp chats from my old iPhone 6plus to my new iPhone X, though I have a new icloud id, so is there any way of doing it? Please can anyone help?

The only way that you can restore an iCloud backup to a new device is if you are logged in the new phone with the same iCloud ID used to make the backup.
