Turn Off iMessage outgoing text sound
I cant find a setting on the iPhone XR to turn off the sound each time I send a text message. I dont want to mute the phone and I still want to hear inbound text message alerts.

What you hear is "delivered" tone. There are no sound when you send a message, you will hear the sound only after the message has been delivered.
There is no way of muting that sound.
