Turn Off iMessage outgoing text sound

I cant find a setting on the iPhone XR to turn off the sound each time I send a text message. I dont want to mute the phone and I still want to hear inbound text message alerts.

Very odd design. If I cant mute that delivered sound....any way to change it to something else?
