Credit Card

My credit card just expired and I need to put the details of a new one. I live in a different country from the one that issued the first credit card and I’m concerned the new one will change my iTunes Store country and make it impossible to access past purchases. Is this correct ?

You have to live in a country to use its store.

Changing country won't delete any downloaded content, but it will obviously stop you redownloading it (assuming its still in the store to be redownloaded) : Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
