wish too reactivate accounts i myself closed because they were compromised,itunes denided this could happen, even though the spendind pattern was totally against my musical history,over 2 hundred apps which only a child or teenager would purchase also on both accounts,itunes still denided this could happen,

How were the accounts 'closed' ? If you mean you got them permanently deleted they are gone.
